True confession time? I am normally (relatively) confident going into photo sessions. I have a lot of fun with the people I work with and that tends to bring about authentic photos where their beauty comes through. There have been two shoots that freaked me out though… and this was one of them. The hardest thing is photographing photographers that I truly admire.

Cy fits that bill; the photos he takes are laden with glamour and drama. Luckily, he’s also a complete joy to work with. Here’s a few of the shots taken on a foggy afternoon in Half Moon Bay.
